Data we collect about account holders
- Account data: name, email address, login credentials and plan.
- Content data: campaigns, templates, sender identities and uploaded files.
- Support data: messages you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, usage and delivery logs.
Why we use it
To create and secure your account and provide the service (performance of our contract with you); to prevent fraud and abuse and to improve the product (our legitimate interests); to send service and marketing messages where you have consented; and to meet legal obligations.
Contacts you upload
For the contact lists you import, you are the controller and we act as your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and consent to message those people. We process contact data only to deliver your campaigns, record delivery outcomes and honour unsubscribe requests.
Who we share data with
- Hosting, database and email infrastructure providers who run the platform.
- SMS providers (Twilio, Arkesel) to deliver text campaigns.
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for checkout, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Retention
Account and content data is kept while your account is active and for up to 90 days after closure, except where we must keep billing records longer for tax and accounting. Delivery logs are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to local law you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact support@batsystemsdemos.site and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your supervisory authority.
Unsubscribing
Every marketing email we deliver on a customer’s behalf carries an unsubscribe link, and SMS recipients can reply STOP. Unsubscribes are honoured immediately and suppressed from future sends.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation on every database query and least-privilege service credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and security. We do not use advertising cookies.
